Return Policy

Hey, sometimes it’s a match made in heaven, and sometimes it’s not. It’s all good and we’ve got you covered. Here at Unique Outfitters, we are 100% committed to your satisfaction.  We make returns easy with our “Self-Authorizing” Digital Return Document (If you answer all the questions on the form, then your return is authorized! 

•   Return form to be submitted within 5 days of receiving order.

•   Return items to be shipped back to UO, within 3 days of completing the       Return Form.  Items must be in original and sellable condition with tags attached.

• A credit to your UO account will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving your return package.

Please note the list below are not returnable:

•  All SALE or DISCOUNTED items.

•  All Intimate apparel.

•  Leggings, Jeggings (Denim is acceptable).

•  All HEAD apparel.
